HDFC LIFE  BIG CHEATING COMPANY – BE CAREFUL

I have invested all my saving of 15 years with HDFC Life but now i lost Rs 80000 Rs at one go due misleading information provided by one of the branch employ, when it is addressed to customer service they  admit their mistake but refused to compensate the money and person is still working with HDFCLIFE. They have cheated 80000 RS for me.

Stay Away from HDFC Life insurance


Dear All 

please find enclosed copy of communication between Udupi branch who mislead me i lost 85000 from my policy. Now they don't even bothered to respond to my mail.

Please don't buy any policy from HDFC life . You will also cheated  by Branch staff not even the agent now they least botherd 

If you buy HDFCLIFE you will face same problem

When I registered/ opted for the E mail alert why it is not sent for both payment reminder for premium and lapse notice . I did not receive any letter in this regard. I wrote September 2011 to your Udupi branch Ravisha s CAM, HDFCLIFE asking him when can I stop paying regular premium for all three policy. He wrote back mentioning I can stop the premium for this policy and I need not intimate same nor give any thing writing. to stop the payment of the premium. it cannot be typo error.
I have copy of e mail I can forward the same. Don't wash off by telling we sending reminder letter, I did not receive any thing. I did not receive any call from HDFC I am carrying mobile for more them month in India now.
All my policy are direct debit from my account, I had enough fund in the account why it is not debited from my account ? . If this option is changed on whose instruction it is been changed and when.
Can you answer these question .
In the past I even paid premium in advance and HDFC refuse to accept the same, now they don’t send and reminder and policy get lapse even though I have 8 lac in my policy where they can debit charges towards policy.
I lost 5400 units in the transit worth of 80000 INR I want this to be compensated or I will go to IRDA and also to court in this regards. Will not keep quite.
I will also go to social media and try my level best ensure that let people know how I have been cheated by HDFC. Let people don’t make mistake of joining HDFClife.

Your policy no.12984809 lapsed due to non payment of the sixth premium (Last premium of 3rd year). As per the contract minimum payment of premium is for 3 years after 3yeras payment you can make the policy paid up. As per our telephonic conversation you made the point that you have not received any kind communication regarding the payment of premium but we have sent premium notice to your communication address on 13.12.2011 by post and subsequently Lapse letter on 19/01/2012 maentioning the effects of lapsation and also made several reminder calls from our customer service team to your contact numbers regarding payment of premium before due date/grace period. I feel in the below mail Mr.Ravish had made a typo error.

     Sorry for the inconvinience caused and for the delay in providing the documents.  

     
For the Policy No 11437893 , you can make the stop the payment, for that you to submit a form signed by you, i vl send that form attched with this mail, sir you have to take the print out of the form and sign it and have to send it back to us. 

  • And for Policy no 12984809 also you can stop the payment as for this we dont need any form.
  • Policy No 12985455 - for this policy you have to make payment for 5 year, you cant stop before that and your due date is on 03/09/2011.
